The Spring Equinox is all about balance—day and night, chaos and order.

So in honor of that, I suggest you create balance in your own life by doing something wildly unhinged and then something extremely responsible. Buy an extravagant outfit you have nowhere to wear, then do your taxes. Text your ex something cryptic, then drink a green juice. Romanticize your life like a 2004 indie movie, but also stretch your hip flexors. The universe is in perfect harmony, and so are you.

I’ve made a playlist to soundtrack the season and gathered some advice from friends to inspire you.

 

This playlist will make you feel like you're the only person that exists. Bonus points: a lot of these songs are by my friends (they make the best music). And, OOPS, I somehow ended up with a playlist that’s entirely made by women—guess that’s what happens when you have good taste!
